Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Woolhogs.co.za is an online business in the retail industry that markets natural fibres and products.

Delivery policy
Products that are in stock will be dispatched on week days within 24 - 72 hours from receiving payment of an order. We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered promptly. If there are any issues with an order we will contact the customer prior to shipping and as soon as possible. Shipping is at own risk.

Return and Refunds Policy
Woolhogs will consider each request individually. No cash refunds. Exchange for in stock products of the same value upon inspection of returned goods and found in perfect condition. Return shipping cost is for the customer as well as shipping of exchange items. Please ask for advise on products prior to purchasing. No refunds on Tshirt Yarns and Merino Rovings. Yarn colours are photographed as true to life as possible but different device screens display colours differently - please make sure of your choice of colourways by cross referencing on different device screens or ask us for a basic colour description if unsure - we regret but no refunds will be given based on yarn colour discrepancies.

Customer Privacy Policy
Woolhogs shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
The preferred method of payment is by electronic bank transfer EFT to the Woolhogs bank account from a South African account.  
Snapscan payments also accepted for amounts up to R500. 
Cash deposits can be done but a bank service fee is applicable, please contact Woolhogs before making the deposit.
Paypal is the only option for international customers with added 8% fee of total order to cover Paypal charge and bankers fee to transfer the funds to a South African bank.
No credit card payments accepted.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Woolhogs separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site.  For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Variation
Woolhogs may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
